The teachings continue looping in the above order.
Our programming schedule often includes anointed men and women of God whom we respect and from whom we learn much. We do not necessarily agree, however, with every word they say, especially when it comes to using the word "Lord," which is an incorrect translation used in many versions of the Bible. (Why? Read more HERE)
We acknowledge that you need in some cases immediate answers of reassurance. Please know that you are being prayed for. When we receive news like some of you submit, it takes time for us deal with the shock and pain the losses cause us. Our prayer warriors prefer giving you answers gained through prayer and compassion rather than through emotions. Know that there are those who immediately begin praying for those faced with difficult situations. They wait to see who the Holy Spirit wants to respond to each individual. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
We invite our readers to join with us tonight in our monthly, Friday night praise and worship as a church body, as we celebrate Jesus' day of joy. We also invite you to tune in when you are able to our new series, "Led Astray by Emotions," that also begins tonight at the same time as our praise, 7 PM MST.
Our feature article on this subject is now up on our home page at freedomchurchofgod.com. Don't miss it.
Please watch for the full article on this important subject on the home page of freedomchurchofgod.com. It will appear soon. And be sure to open your Bible and read the many passages below so you can prove all things for yourself (1 Thes. 5:21). This amazing truth has been hidden from most Christians, including pastors and TV evangelists, but you can know it now, and it can change your life if you are willing to hear and obey.
Shabbat shalom,
The eve before the Sabbath is the time to lay down any turmoil of the week to greet Jesus, the King of Peace. When we ask, as do our young brothers and sisters in Red Deer, Alberta, for the grace to keep the Sabbath in joy and peace, we can truly picture the time when Jesus will bring in the seventh day Sabbath of 1000 years of peace. Listen to our broadcast beginning at 7 PM MDT on "Peace, Peace," They Celebrate.
In order to avoid certain problems that have arisen because of long blog threads, we request that you post any further comments on the Sabbath, Jesus' day of joy, under this heading until we reach about 60 comments. God says that in His presence is fullness of joy, and by making the Sabbath holy (Gen. 2:1-3), He was declaring that He poured Himself into this day. Keeping it and meeting Jesus on His day brings a joy that many Christians have not experienced. On this blog we have seen a whole church turn from Sunday to the Sabbath, and we have seen a number of house churches form as young and less young experience a joy they have not known before. We thank Jesus for the renewed interest in His day of joy, an indication that many will follow as the Bride of Jesus becomes spotless by His grace to keep all the commandments (John 14:15; Exodus 20).
If you sing with us today, don't forget to replace Lord with Jesus, especially in the rousing Days of Elijah.
Read two excerpts from Bible Code Broken on the Sabbath and Eternity. And since the Sabbath helps us in our oneness with the I AM, read and meditate on Identity Scriptures.
This is the place for a summary, but we are using it to get the attention of our bloggers. We sometimes add items to a post or do some edits. Today we realize that some questions have not been answered. There are several reasons for this. Often someone will post a comment we feel answers the question, so we don't have to answer. Sometimes we answer on our blog post of that day, and sometime we are not able to locate the question, so we copy and paste it with our answer in the most recent string of comments. Other questions have been delegated and we are waiting on the answer. And sometimes questions come in so abundantly that we get somewhat behind, and it happens that some questions are neglected, and they are often so far back as to be hard to find. So please, if you have asked a question that is not sufficiently answered or not answered at all, please repose you question and we will make every effort to give you an answer. Thank you for your patience and forgiveness.
